Goutham Jayaraman (hereby referred to as "We", "us", "our" in this document) is the developer of the free to play app Lucksack Tournament Helper (hereby referred to as "application" in this document), currently available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Information Collection And UseBy this application
This application itself does not collect any personal information from anyone. It does not communicate with a backend server and hence all data is stored locally on your device.
The only information the application collects from you is the Android Advertising ID used by most apps to supply ads that are more relevant to you. Other than the Advertising ID, no other sensitive information is collected by this application.
No sensitive information other than the country and timestamp of purchase is collected by the application when making a payment. These statistics are collected for the purpose of analysing the market which can help improve this game and others in the future.
Your country and source of entry (Facebook, for example), is collected when you browse this website. Again, this information is merely used for gauging usage statistics. No other personal information is collected by this website.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected any sensitive data from either this website or the application, you may contact us directly and we will swiftly remove such data.
If you contact us with a comment or query, we will have a copy of that message as well as any personal information you may provide together with the message. This is to aid us in responding to your concerns as best as we can.
By our trusted business partners
Regarding the ads used in the app, non-personally identifiable information such as phone-model and country may be collected by our trusted business partners so they may serve the ads you see.
For ads, we have partnered with Google AdMob.
For analytics, we have partnered with Unity Analytics. However, the application does not currently collect any statistics for analytics purposes.
Opting out of targeted advertising
You are able to opt out of interest-based advertising if you wish to. In order to do so, you may navigate to the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and flipping "limit ad tracking" (Apple iOS) or "opt-out of interest-based ads" (Android) off.
